OVERVIEW

The Hayloft is a beautifully renovated barn enjoying a peaceful countryside location on the edge of a farm. It has an exposed stained beam, wooden doors and original windows with double glazing with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. Outside there is a raised patio with garden furniture, hot tub and a barbecue. a stoned parking area for 2 cars and a fenced lawn area.

Lovely cottage, ample parking, amazing views, perfect enclosed garden, location was great, farm tour a must!! Great week away and family friendly cottage.

Kitchen Area

Open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric cooker with integrated hob, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, iron, ironing board, glasses, cutlery, crockery, utensils, cookware, saucepans. Laminate floor.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - upstairs with 3 single beds, fitted wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 - upstairs with double bed, fitted wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 3 - downstairs with double bed, and wardrobe with drawers. All bedrooms have wooden floors, bedside cabinets and lights.

Garden and Patio

The garden has a raised stoned patio and lawn which is fenced and safe for children. There are also garden chairs, table and a barbecue.

Pet Friendly

One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement. Your pet must not be left in the house alone and not allowed on the furniture or beds. We charge £20 per pet per stay.

OTHER INFORMATION

Duvet, pillows and blankets are provided per person. Bed linen is included and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels are not provided but can be hired on request in advance. Smoke alarms, fire blanket and extinguishers fitted. Spark guards and fire tools are provided. Logs for the wood burner are included in the tariff between October and April. Friday Changeovers. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday start date.

DIRECTIONS

Best Directions to The Hayloft – From the A35 at the end of Morcombelake take the turning to Whitchurch Canonicorum near Artwave Gallery. Follow this road till a cross road in village. Here turn right past the Village Hall, once the School. Drive through the village past the Church and memorial statue, follow the road until you come to a large wide corner on your left. Here you will find Wakely’s farm. The Hayloft is through the gate straight in front of you. The parking area is beside the property. (If you are using Sat Nav please put in Whitchurch Canonicorum via the A35 then put in Wakely’s farm).
