Robotic milking

Do you know what Robotic milking is?

When staying at one of our Self Catering properties guests are welcome to come and look around the main farm.

We have a large herd of cows that are milked through our 6 robotic milking machines and they can be milked up to 6 times a day. Its all computerised with the help of the collars they where so automatic when it comes to giving them the good cake when they come to be milked, and the amount is worked out by the time of there lactation and the milk that they produce. The system also picks up if a cow is poorly, has a temp or is of her food often before there are any visible signs.
